
“CHEAR SOUNDSATION” will spotlight the importance and enjoyment of “sound” in our lives through an evening featuring the “sounds of music” with live entertainment on three stages, interactive activities designed to entertain and inform, a unique-to-the-area food and beverage service, and an innovative auction with theme-related items and packages for every age. The event will be set in a colorful atmosphere with guests in business or informal dinner attire.
The 2010 Event Team is looking for volunteers to assist in various capacities in the coming weeks and the day and evening of the event. Our volunteers will be helping to implement plans for this inaugural event that will the “talk of the town.” They will set the tone for guests as they arrive and participate in activities during the evening and though the check-out of the auction.
Volunteers play a vital role in the success of The Team. The time and expertise contributed will help to defray labor costs usually associated with producing such an event which will, in turn, help the Event Team achieve its financial goals to help support the projects of CHEAR.
